Job Description
Responsibilities: Schedule appointments and viewings Search open listings to find properties Stay current with real estate markets, trends and best practices Maintain and update property listings of available properties Network with potential clients and local businesses Run advertising campaigns Display and market real property to possible buyers Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc) Develop networks and cooperate with mortgage lenders and contractors Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
