Responsibilities:
Contacting prospective and existing clients
Responding to inquiries regarding our company and property portfolio
Identifying and understanding customer requirements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners
Negotiating and closing sales
Implementing effective marketing strategies to promote company properties
Requirements:
1-year+ experience in real estate
Strong understanding of sales trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Creative thinking and strong customer engagement abilities
Good sales ability with resilience and patience
Working knowledge of relevant software
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
