We are hiring
experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents
to join our team in Dubai. The role involves managing both off-plan and secondary property sales, building strong client relationships, and closing successful deals. Candidates must have prior real estate experience in Dubai and a strong knowledge of developers, projects, and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property sales in both off-plan and secondary markets
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales
Conduct property viewings and provide expert consultations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Stay updated on Dubai's latest project launches, property trends, and regulations
Achieve monthly sales targets and support company growth
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai
(off-plan or secondary market)
Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Knowledge of major Dubai developers and communities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Currently based in Dubai (mandatory)
UAE driving license is an advantage
