Responsibilities

? Prospect and generate leads to identify and cultivate potential clients.

? Build and maintain strong client relationships.

? List and market properties for sale or rent.

? Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients.

? Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

? Stay informed about current market trends and conditions.

? Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities.

? Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

? Prepare and submit necessary paperwork.

? Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations.

Qualifications

? Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

? Self-motivated with a results-oriented work ethic.

? Proficiency in CRM software and relevant technologies.

? Driving license preferred.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
