The Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in the vibrant market of Dubai. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about real estate and client management, and who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your language skills and local market expertise to provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities: - Commission only role as Real Estate Broker. - Develop and manage a portfolio of residential properties in Dubai. - Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, pricing, and property value. - Conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers and tenants. - Negotiate with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing right through to offer stage. - Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers. - Stay updated on real estate market developments and changes in local regulations. - Earn up to 70% in commission.



Requirements

Must be located in the UAE. - Fluent in Arabic and English, proficiency in additional languages is a plus. - Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the Dubai market. - Strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships and close deals. - A valid real estate license in Dubai and a deep understanding of local real estate laws and regulations. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. - Proficient in using real estate listing platforms and CRM tools.
