Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for property sales and leasing through various channels
Handle client inquiries and understand buyer and tenant requirements
Conduct property viewings and site visits
Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and developers
Prepare offers, MOUs, tenancy contracts, and related documentation
Update and manage property listings on real estate portals
Stay updated with market trends and property values
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Real Estate Broker / Agent
(UAE experience preferred)
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
Familiarity with property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Valid UAE real estate broker card (RERA-certified)
UAE driving license
Strong network of landlords and clients
