Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai, United Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients during the sales or purchase of properties, and for building lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business. The Real Estate Agent will also stay updated on current real estate trends and regulations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
Proven track record as a successful real estate agent with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience
You will handle secondary properties.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Aptitude in sales and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Familiarity with different types of properties such as residential, commercial, and industrial is a plus
Driving License
Formal Attire Required
