- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the real estate market.

- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.

- Experience: Minimum [1] years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
