Job Description
We are looking for Passionate Energetic Experienced candidates to join our team as Real Estate Agents in Dubai. Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:
Part-time hours: 45 per week Salary: AED1,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
- Generating clients leads to buying, selling, and renting a property.
- Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Creating lists for real estate sale/ rent properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.
- Bachelor\'s degree, Diploma or Graduate
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Real Estate Industry in the UAE
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like MS Office
- Freshers are also welcome
- Result-driven mindset, very outgoing and determined personality
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales
- Able to speak, read and write an additional language
- Can join immediately
