Responsibilities:
Stage, present, and show residential properties
Advertise and market available listings
Source, identify, and reach out to new clients
Understand clients' criteria and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate rental terms or sale agreements and close deals
Maintain professional relationships with clients and landlords
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Real Estate (sales or leasing)
Fluency in
Arabic, English, or Russian
(multilingual candidates preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
