Job Summary
:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting property buyers and sellers, offering expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities
:
Promote sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
List new properties, conduct site visits, and showcase properties to prospective buyers/tenants.
Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, clients, and investors.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
Follow up with clients and provide updates on property availability and changes in market trends.
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and other brokers to access the best property listings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and legal procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
:
Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent in Dubai.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, laws, and practices.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
