Job Responsibilities:
Prospect, list, and promote residential and commercial properties
Arrange property viewings and present investment opportunities
Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or renting process
Build long-term relationships with clients and developers
Stay updated on market trends and property laws
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of local property market
RERA license (for UAE candidates) is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional appearance
Fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu, or other languages are a plus)
