Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a diverse client portfolio. This role involves overseeing the full sales cycle, building long?term client relationships, and representing the company with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales process for residential and investment properties
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and company?provided channels
Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and sales presentations
Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Negotiate and close sales transactions in line with company standards
Maintain an updated database of listings, clients, and market activity
Build and sustain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and campaigns
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and professional gatherings
Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Senior Sales Agent in the UAE
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and strong client?facing presence
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Real estate certification or broker license is an advantage
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
