Job Description
We are looking for talented and driven brokers to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. With the current market trends, this is the perfect opportunity to start a life-changing journey in one of the most dynamic real estate markets.
Responsibilities:
- Represent properties to potential buyers
- Respond to the changing needs of buyers and sellers
- Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to clients
- Conduct property valuations and prepare market reports
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients
- Maintain an up-to-date client and property database
- Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers
- Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients
Proven sales experience, ideally within the real estate industry
Quick decision-making skills, strong negotiation tactics, and exceptional interpersonal abilities
A strong work ethic and a customer service-oriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish are a plus)
Punctual, well-presented, and honest demeanor
Valid driving license
Own visa preferred
Valid broker card
