Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Broker to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with a strong network, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions. As a broker, you will lead client engagements, manage property portfolios, and contribute to strategic growth in one of the region's most dynamic real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities
Source, list, and manage residential and commercial property portfolios
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions
Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations with professionalism and accuracy
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, lead generation, and client servicing
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in the UAE
In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and regulatory environment
Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
RERA or DMT certification preferred
