Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties (off-plan and secondary market)
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent in the UAE (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai property markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
RERA/DRE certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
