Key Responsibilities
Generate and close real estate sales transactions o Actively prospect for new clients and properties o Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner o Handle inbound cold calls and convert inquiries into qualified leads o Make outbound cold calls to potential buyers and sellers o Conduct property showings and open houses o Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process o Stay current on market trends, property values, and local real estate laws o Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
Qualifications
Proven track record in real estate sales (experience level varies) o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively o Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections o Strong negotiation and closing skills o Proficiency with real estate software and CRM systems o Professional demeanor and appearance o Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Driver's license is a plus.
Valid real estate broker license (or ability to obtain one) .
