Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Broker to lead and grow our sales operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep market knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in real estate transactions. You will play a key role in driving business growth, mentoring agents, and managing high-value property deals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage real estate transactions across residential and commercial sectors
Lead, mentor, and support a team of property consultants and sales agents
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulatory requirements
Conduct market analysis and provide insights on pricing, trends, and investment opportunities
Represent the company in negotiations and closings of high-value property deals
Requirements
Valid UAE Real Estate Broker license
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage (UAE market preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of successful property transactions and team management
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
