We are looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct market research and stay informed about property trends and values.
List properties, conduct viewings, and promote listings through various marketing channels.
Guide clients through the sales and rental process, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Develop and maintain a strong network to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, French, German, or Chinese are a plus).
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
