Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and licensed Real Estate Brokers to join our high-performing team. This role is suited for professionals with deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals. As a broker, you will manage property transactions, lead client engagements, and contribute to the strategic growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi
Source and manage high-quality listings, including off-plan and resale properties
Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
Mentor junior agents and contribute to team development
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools
Qualifications
Valid UAE Real Estate Broker license
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and legal framework
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle required
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
