Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Real Estate Broker
to join our team and help clients buy, sell, and rent properties in the Abu Dhabi market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:
Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and goals. Provide guidance on the buying, selling, and rental processes, answering any questions clients may have.
Property Showings & Open Houses:
Organize and conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers or renters. Provide property tours, highlight key features, and answer client questions.
Negotiate Offers & Contracts:
Present offers from buyers to sellers or vice versa. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to facilitate the best possible deal for all parties. Draft and review contracts, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and accurate.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire transaction process. Offer advice and guidance during the negotiation and closing process.
Qualification :
- Located in Abu Dhabi
- Driving License + CAR
- Arabic and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
