We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, cultivating client relationships, and navigating the competitive metropolitan market. This role requires a deep understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate landscape, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties within Abu Dhabi's metropolitan capital. Conduct market research to identify lucrative property investment opportunities. Build and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and developers. Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations. Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring favorable terms for clients. Coordinate property showings, inspections, and transactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant real estate laws and government regulations. Utilize digital platforms and marketing strategies to promote listings. Provide exceptional client service to ensure long-term business relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent in Abu Dhabi. Strong understanding of local property laws, market dynamics, and investment trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Self-motivated and goal-driven with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate technology tools. Valid UAE real estate license and driver's license. Multilingual capabilities (Arabic and English preferred) are an advantage.
