Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide real estate agents under the brokerage, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards. Oversee and facilitate property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand business opportunities and encourage referrals. Provide expert advice on property investments, market trends, and legal requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions for successful transactions while ensuring compliance with UAE property laws. Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including pricing, trends, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access exclusive listings and close deals. Prepare and manage all transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.

Qualifications

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience as a real estate broker or in a similar leadership role, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and local market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
