Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our growing team and play a key role in driving real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage property sales, purchases, and lease agreements. Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Supervise and mentor agents (if applicable). Conduct market analysis and suggest pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and policies. Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with clients and third parties.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker. Valid broker's license (as per regional regulations). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth understanding of the local property market. Proven ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships. Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
