Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of real estate transactions

Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages
Review contracts and ensure compliance with state and national real estate laws
Build strong client relationships and maintain a strong referral network
Negotiate deals on behalf of clients
Stay current with market trends, pricing, and competition

Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate broker or sales agent
Strong knowledge of local property market and real estate law
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Proficiency with real estate CRMs, MLS platforms, and digital marketing tools
High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
