Key Responsibilities:
Act as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants during property transactions.
Oversee property sales, purchases, and rental agreements while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Provide expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities to clients.
Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, including developers, investors, and other real estate professionals.
Manage property listings and ensure accurate, appealing marketing of properties on various platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends, legal requirements, and new developments in Abu Dhabi.
Mentor and support junior agents, sharing knowledge to foster team success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and legal framework.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and property management tools.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
Certification in real estate (e.g., RERA certification or equivalent).
