Job Description
As a Real Estate Broker, you will initiate, negotiate, and close deals on behalf of buyers and sellers, and will advise clients on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. You will also prepare and present sales contracts, conduct property inspections, and coordinate with other real estate professionals to facilitate the buying or selling process. Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver\'s license and own car.
