Job Description

We are looking for a professional, motivated, and versatile Real Estate Assistant Driver to join our growing team. This role is a hybrid of driver, client support, and lead generation -- perfect for someone who is professional, reliable, and eager to grow in the real estate industry. Responsibilities:

? Safely drive clients and agents to property showings, meetings, and site visits.

? Assist with property tours and ensure a smooth client experience.

? Capture basic photos/videos of properties when needed.

? Make outbound phone calls to our database to schedule appointments and follow up with potential investors.

? Dedicate at least 2 hours per day to lead generation activities, including outbound calls, running ad campaigns (if familiar), and prospect outreach.

? Support the sales team in booking appointments for new project launches.

? Handle scheduling, coordination, and general real estate support tasks. Requirements:

? Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

? Proven experience as a professional driver.

? Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism.

? Organized, reliable, and able to balance both driving and sales-related tasks.

? Comfortable making phone calls, scheduling appointments, and working with databases. ? Familiarity with real estate, sales, or digital marketing is an advantage.

? Willingness to learn and grow with the team. Schedule & Compensation:

? Full-time role: approx. 48-50 hours per week (different shifts, flexibility required).

? Compensation: Fixed base salary + commission opportunities based on performance and results.
