Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and pricing strategies to offer clients expert advice and insights.
Negotiation: Master the art of negotiation, ensuring both clients and sellers are happy with the terms and price.
Documentation: Guide clients through every step of the buying process, from paperwork to legalities and payment plans.
