*Provide insights and recommendations for developing effective marketing and sales strategies.

*Build and manage a robust network of potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.

*Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers and investors, providing detailed information about off-plan properties.

*Arrange property tours, site visits, and virtual presentations to showcase the value proposition of off-plan properties.

*Engage in effective sales negotiations to secure purchase agreements and contracts with prospective buyers.

*Facilitate a smooth closing process, coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a successful property transaction.

*Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

*Foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business through exemplary service and expertise.

*Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.

*Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

*Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan property transactions.

*Sales experience in any field

*Strong understanding of the real estate market, property development, and investment principles.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
