Position Overview

We are seeking a

motivated and results-driven Property Consultant

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert property advice, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Dubai's property market.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional property consulting services to clients interested in

buying, selling, or renting

real estate in Dubai. Understand client requirements and offer

tailored property solutions

to meet their needs. Build and maintain

long-term client relationships

through exceptional service and communication. Achieve and exceed

individual and team sales targets

in a highly competitive market. Stay up-to-date with

market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities

across Dubai. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of

off-plan and ready property listings

. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure

seamless transactions and client satisfaction

. Attend property viewings, exhibitions, and events to represent the company professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in property sales, leasing, or real estate consulting (preferred). Proven track record of

achieving sales targets

and delivering excellent customer service. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Solid understanding of

Dubai's real estate laws, market dynamics, and investment trends

. Ability to work independently while contributing to a

collaborative team environment

.

Valid UAE driving license

is preferred. Experience in

property management

is an added advantage. Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
