Job Title: Real Estate Agents

Key Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions.

Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.

Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.

Negotiate offers and manage all transaction paperwork.

Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends and regulations.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one) Optional.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willingness to grow a personal brand and client base.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong background in sales and client servicing

Confident on camera with content creation skills for social media

Skilled in market research and negotiations

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
