Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties.
Conduct market research and property evaluations to provide accurate pricing and investment advice.
Show properties to prospective buyers or tenants and highlight key features and benefits.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
Prepare and review real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
Stay up to date with local market trends, property values, and zoning laws.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, follow-ups, and referrals.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to complete transactions smoothly.
Promote properties through online listings, social media, exhibitions, and open houses.
