Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Real Estate Agent

specializing in mid to high-end villas across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Dubai's premium residential areas and a proven track record in sales. You must hold all required real estate certifications mandated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

Key Responsibilities:

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors in the purchase and sale of residential villas. Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance on location, pricing, and investment potential. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's villa market and upcoming developments. Generate leads, nurture client relationships, and convert prospects into successful transactions. Negotiate and close deals in a professional and ethical manner. Stay informed of local laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions comply with DLD and RERA requirements. Prepare and manage all documentation related to property transactions. Collaborate with marketing tools to promote listings and expand brand awareness.

Requirements:

Minimum of

2 years proven experience

in real estate sales, specifically in

mid to high-end villa markets

in Dubai. Must possess a valid

RERA certification

and be fully compliant with

Dubai Land Department

regulations. Strong knowledge of villa communities such as Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and similar high-end areas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Valid UAE driving license and own car.
