Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will also be responsible for conducting market research and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

- Conduct market research to determine property values and market trends.

- Market and advertise properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Arrange and accompany clients during property viewings.
- Negotiate and finalize sales and rental agreements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, such as contracts and leases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven track record of successful property sales and rentals.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools.
- Valid UAE driver\'s license preffered.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
