This job is commission based.

1. Client Representation: Represent clients in real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties. Understand and advocate for clients\' needs, interests, and preferences throughout the process.

2. Property Search and Evaluation: Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their criteria, preferences, and budget. Conduct market research, property showings, and comparative market analyses to evaluate property values and potential investment opportunities.

3. Negotiation and Contract Preparation: Guide clients through the negotiation process, including drafting and presenting offers, counteroffers, and contract terms. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while protecting clients\' interests.

4. Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and regulations. Provide clients with accurate and relevant market information, property data, and insights to help them make informed decisions.

5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Communicate regularly to provide updates, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.

6. Networking and Lead Generation: Proactively network and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and industry professionals to generate leads and expand client base. Utilize various marketing and advertising channels to promote listings and attract potential clients.

7. Transaction Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing processes. Collaborate with other professionals, such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors, to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

8. Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements governing real estate transactions. Maintain confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in all client interactions and business dealings.
