Look Up Level Up is looking for a real estate agent who can speak fluent in Turkish and English. We encourage FEMALE applicants to apply. We are looking for a qualified real estate agent who will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties in Dubai. (WITH EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI REAL ESTATE) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
- Show properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Determining clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- A Valid UAE Driving License RERA License experience
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent - Secondary and Off-plan
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Should be here in UAE
- Commission based
- Strong Marketing support
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
