Female Sales Agent / Telecaller
fromPhilippines
to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of UAE experience, this is your opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and rewarding industry.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to showcase property listings. Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to qualify leads. Schedule and coordinate property viewings with the sales team. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM. Provide clients with property information, pricing, and payment plans. Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation. Stay updated on market trends and available properties.
Requirements:
Female candidates only;
Pilipina nationals preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English. Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experience in the UAE (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Positive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.What We Offer:
