As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing listings, closing deals, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
Build and maintain a strong database of clients and property listings.
Conduct market research to identify property values and trends.
Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients.
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Prepare necessary documents such as sales agreements, tenancy contracts, etc.
Meet monthly targets and contribute to team success.
Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (preferred).
Strong knowledge of the local property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
RERA certification (an advantage but not mandatory).
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
