Real Estate Agents
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is 100% commission-based - ideal for professionals who are passionate about real estate and want to maximize their earnings through performance.Key Responsibilities:
Source and list properties for sale or rent across Dubai. Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal regulations. Build and manage a client database to generate leads and referrals. Promote properties through various marketing channels (online listings, social media, etc.). Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords.
Requirements:
Must be currently based in Dubai. Prior experience in Dubai real estate is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred but not mandatory.
