Real Estate Agent

to join our growing team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to clients across Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Dar Al Ietemad Real Estate in the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties. Prospect and generate leads through various channels including networking, social media, and company-provided inquiries. Conduct property viewings and assist clients in making informed decisions. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Sharjah real estate market, trends, and legal requirements. Prepare and submit tenancy contracts, renewal forms, and necessary documentation. Maintain strong communication with property owners and tenants, ensuring professional relationships and client satisfaction. Collaborate with the property management team for maintenance requests, rent collections, and tenant coordination. Negotiate deals and follow up with clients to close transactions smoothly. Maintain records of client interactions, property listings, and agreements.

Requirements:

Experience in Sharjah Real Estate is a plus Knowledge of the UAE real estate market Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage. UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred. Familiarity with MS Office tools. Presentable and professional demeanor.
