Real Estate Agent
Location: Sharjah Al Nahda
Salary: Dhs. 4000 + commission
Fluency in English & Arabic (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bringing in new clients and ability to generate leads with a strong network.
- Provide sales and rental information to clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up to convert into closer.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
- Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update the lead follow-up template regularly, and track all client communications.
- Arrange viewings with clients/landlords for the related properties.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Real Estate
- Fluency in English & Arabic (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
