, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify suitable properties for sale and rent
Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and online platforms
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and transaction processes
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and other real estate professionals
Prepare and present property listings to prospective clients
Negotiate and close property deals to achieve sales targets
Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, property values, and regulations
Requirements
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and within a team
UAE driving license is an advantage (optional)
