We're seeking a highly motivated professional with the essential skills required to thrive in this dynamic and high-pressure environment.
HIRING criteria for partners:-
- Sales driven person who is self motivated and self directed.
- Partners should be from the sales department of following industries:-
Luxury Cars
Luxury watches
Luxury Cosmetics and other luxury items
Banking sales professionals
Insurance sales professionals
Freshers are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships within the real estate community.
- Participate in real estate seminars and workshops to stay updated with industry trends.
- Build a robust network of real estate contacts.
- Manage the application process for licenses with relevant authorities.
- Conduct property inspections to assess their condition and suitability.
- Harness web-based technologies for effective communication with clients.
- Prepare and meticulously review contracts.
- Oversee the maintenance of our company's offices.
