Key Responsibilities:
Source and list ready properties for sale or rent from owners and landlords.
Manage and maintain a portfolio of secondary market properties across key Dubai communities.
Conduct property viewings, provide market insights, and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal documentation involved in resale transactions.
Stay updated on current listings, RERA regulations, and market trends to provide accurate advice to clients.
Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and conveyancing teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
Manage property listings on property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.) and company CRM.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and open houses to generate new leads.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Provide regular updates and feedback to the management regarding market performance and client engagement.
