to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Secondary Market Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting ready properties across Dubai's thriving real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Property Listings:
Source and manage secondary market properties for sale and rent.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, pricing, and regulations.
Negotiation & Closing:
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring smooth transactions.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
Utilize digital platforms, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year
of real estate experience in Secondary Market in Dubai.
Strong
negotiation and communication
skills.
Knowledge of Dubai's
secondary property market
and legal procedures.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
RERA certification.
Must have at least 10 active listings.
Must have minimum AED 5 million transaction done in a year.
