Key Responsibilities:
Prepare paperwork, maintain transaction files, and update CRM systems
Maintain relationship with past clients, send updates or newsletters, and maintain a referral network.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, listing descriptions, flyers, and social media posts.
Help coordinate staging, cleaning, photography, and minor property improvements.
Collect data on comparable listings, price trends, and neighbourhood information.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and stay updated on industry regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales

Strong
communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Knowledge of
Dubai real estate market
is preferred
