is expanding its professional team and is seeking a driven, motivated, and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

- Actively identify and pursue potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and other outreach methods.

Client Engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their property needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations

- Present and promote property listings effectively, highlighting unique selling points.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently to achieve and exceed targets.

Market Knowledge

- Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closed deals.

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 4,000 per month

Commission: Up to 30% on every successfully closed deal

Probationary Period: 3 months (performance-based confirmation)

Salary Revision: Upon successful completion of probation, based on performance and contributions

Visa & Benefits: Provided by the company upon confirmation (Note: If employment ends during probation, the employee will bear visa and ticket costs)

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
