Role Overview
We are seeking driven and professional Real Estate Agents to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property, skilled in sales, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and legal procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism and integrity
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
