We are looking for ambitious and experienced
Real Estate Agents
to join our growing team. This is a
commission-based role
(no basic salary) with
commissions up to 75%
, giving you unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Handle property sales, rentals, and off-plan projects.
Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company and self-sourced.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Promote listings through property portals and social media.
Stay updated on market trends and project launches.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
Dubai real estate
(sales or leasing) preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM, Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
RERA license (advantageous, can be arranged if not available).
UAE driving license and car is a plus.
